HW52-F TI & CI (BW)
Installation instructions
1.
Drill a hole for installation Ø 76 mm.
2.
Press the box into the desired position in the hole (horizontal / vertical).

Pull on the Fix-Raps, possibly with the help of a screwdriver.
5.
Bend the Fix-Raps inwards to break off, do not twist.
6. Disassembly
Have the Fix-Raps not broken off properly? Then the protruding piece can be easily be broken off by bending it inwards.
7.
Cut the flexible conduit to the desired length.
8. For use in thin walls
With thin walls, the Fix-Raps can jam against the rear wall. Therefore follow the following instructions.

Pull out Fix-Raps by 3 cm.

Press the box into the desired position in the Ø 76 mm drilled hole and then follow the instruction from point 4.

Conduit type: HW52-F MT TI
- Remove the rear side knockout to allow the use of the side cutting pliers.
- Cut out the bottom part partially with side cutting pliers.
12.
The conduit is placed in position.
13. Cable insert HW52-F CI
Place the cable in the box. Push a lip up and slide the cable into the box. Attach the cable to the lip with a Ty-Rap®

14. Fireretardent, airtight and soundproof insert
Type: HW52-F IGD-U or HW52-F IGD-U BW

Insert the insulated wires through the membrane.

Optional: apply an acrylic sealant on the edge for optimum airtightness.
