Mark the width using the box as a template.

Pull on the Fix-Raps, possibly with the help of a screwdriver.

Bend the Fix-Raps inwards to break them off, do not twist.

Cut the flexible conduit to the desired length.
9. For use in thin walls
With thin walls, the Fix-Raps can jam against the rear wall. Therefore, follow the following instructions.

Pull on the 3 cm Fix-Raps.

Press the box into the desired position in the Ø 76 mm drilled hole and then follow the instruction from point 4.

Conduit type: HW52-F MT TI
- Remove the rear side knockout to allow the use of the side cutting pliers.
- Cut out the bottom part partially with side cutting pliers.

14. Cable insert HW252-F CI
Place the cable in the box. Push a lip up and slide the cable into the box. Attach the cable to the lip with a Ty-Rap®

15. Insert airtight and soundproof
Insert type: HW252-F IGD-U
Push the conductors through the membrane and place the insert in the box.
Only suitable for use with the HW252-F, not for the HW252-F BW (fire retardant).

Optional: apply an acrylic sealant on the edge for optimum airtightness.
